- Identify, attract and engage with potential candidates.

- Source candidates using a variety of job portals and networks.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Required Skills

- Masters Degree in HR or related field
- 1 to 5 years of experience in US Recruitment -IT & Non-IT
- Hard working and willing to learn.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts.
