2+ years of hands-on experience in US Non-IT staffing
Experience handling end-to-end recruitment
Strong expertise in full lifecycle recruitment (US Non-IT)
Proven experience working on US Non-IT requirements
Ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
