In this role, you’ll help companies across the United States hire blue-collar and skilled professionals in industries like manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and maintenance. What You’ll Be Doing
- Source candidates for blue-collar and skilled trade roles in the US
- Use job boards and sourcing tools to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with US hiring managers
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline
Who This Role is Perfect For
- Someone with 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or BPO
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
- A person who enjoys fast-paced environments and targets
