Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong convincing skills

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with job seekers across the USA who are actively looking for IT or non-IT roles.
• Explain Wolf Technologies’ career marketing and placement services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner.
• Guide candidates through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand our process, benefits, and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to help them achieve their career goals.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and recruiting teams to align candidate onboarding with company goals.
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or tracking tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
• Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or career counseling is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple conversations daily.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. job market and basic knowledge of IT/non-IT roles preferred.
