Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US Recruiter with 0–1 year of experience who is willing to learn and grow in the US staffing domain. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US-based requirements
• Understand job requirements and match suitable profiles
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via calls and emails
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Learn and follow US recruitment processes and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Graduate (any specialization)
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or related field
• Willing to work US night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
• Willing to work from office, Monday to Friday
• Good verbal and written communication skills
