Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for various job roles. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, managing recruitment databases, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients. The position offers a target-based earning structure with opportunities to earn up to 15,000 or more based on performance.
Qualifications
- Recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and clients
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to meet targets and work in a results-driven environment
- Familiarity with digital platforms and basic understanding of industry trends
- Prior experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is highly desirable
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
