Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Recruiter (up to 15k / Target Based) at CAREER BLOC. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates to fill various roles across industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs, drafting job listings, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The Recruiter will also assess candidates' qualifications and ensure the selection of the best fit for client organizations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring needs effectively
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving placement targets
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends
- Previous experience in remote work or flexibility to work independently in a remote environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
