Role Description
We are hiring for multiple full-time & Part-Time on-site, Remote work and Hybrid Location at our Jaipur, Rajasthan & Pen India location, including Recruiter, TeleCaller, Marketing Executive, Wellness Coach, BAMS Doctors, Fresher Interns, and Team Leader positions. Depending on the role, responsibilities may include sourcing and recruiting candidates, managing client interactions, handling calls, creating and implementing marketing strategies, providing wellness coaching, or supporting the team’s operational success. Collaboration, relationship management, and contributing to organizational goals are key components of these roles.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Telecalling: Skills related to talent acquisition, candidate assessment, communication, and managing databases.
- Marketing: Expertise in creating and executing marketing plans, customer engagement strategies, and the ability to analyze market trends for a competitive edge.
- Wellness and Coaching: Knowledge of wellness practices, ability to coach clients on health-related goals, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Healthcare Experience: A degree in BAMS and familiarity with clinical practices for specialized healthcare roles.
- General: Strong leadership ability, team management, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities suitable for Team Leader roles.
- Additional: Proactiveness, willingness to learn, and adaptability for Fresher Intern positions and other related roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in the respective domain is preferred. Related certifications are a plus.
