Role Description This is a full-time remote Recruiter role focused on target-based hiring, ideally suited for professionals with experience in HR consultancies. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients on hiring requirements and role specifications. Daily responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, using job portals and social media platforms to identify potential candidates, and ensuring timely communication between candidates and client organizations. The role also involves meeting placement targets, updating recruitment trackers and reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the efficiency and quality of hires. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience and successful placements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in agency or HR consultancy recruitment, with target-based hiring exposure.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening using job portals, professional networks, and social media.
- Ability to conduct structured telephonic and virtual interviews and assess candidate fit for various roles.
- Competence in client management, requirement gathering, and maintaining clear, professional communication.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and basic MS Office tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed placement and performance targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant recruitment experience highly valued.
- Exposure to multiple industry verticals and high-volume hiring is a plus.
