Growth Fusion is a fast-growing performance marketing agency working with global brands like Rocket Mortgage, National Debt Relief, and Assurance across verticals like lead generation, e-commerce, and VSL. As we scale, we're looking for a Recruiter to help us build the team behind the growth.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for marketing and media roles — media buyers, performance marketers, content specialists, and analysts
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative outbound channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess fit for fast-paced agency roles
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and keep candidates warm through the process
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and smooth onboarding handoffs
- Maintain the candidate pipeline and hiring trackers, and share regular updates with leadership
- Help strengthen our employer brand on LinkedIn and other platforms
What we're looking for
- 1+ year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house); hiring for marketing/digital roles is a plus
- Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people who aren't actively looking
- Excellent communication and the ability to sell a role and a company
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple open positions
- Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Naukri is a bonus
