Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM & 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (5 Days working)


Job Title: Associate Recruiter / Recruiter / Sr Recruiter

Reports To: Team Leader/ Assistant Operations Manager


Responsibilities:

• Source, Screen, Interview and evaluate candidate

• Foster long-term relationships with candidates.

• Review and understand job requirements.

• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.

• Format Resumes meeting client expectations

• Research new technologies.

• Maintaining database

• Prepare and send daily Recruiting report to Team Manager.

• Client Handling

• Handling conference calls


Essential Functions:

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.

• Review job requirements and match applicants accordingly.

• Format resumes to align with client expectations.

• Conduct market research on new technologies.


Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening expertise. (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand and match job requirements effectively.

• Proficiency in resume formatting and client coordination.

• Research skills to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

• Database management and reporting skills.

• Experience in handling client interactions and conference calls.
