Job Title: Recruiter/Senior Recruiter – Human Resource

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct hardcore calling recruitment and manage high-volume hiring.
- Handle B2B, E-commerce, and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
