Recruiter / Senior Recruiter – IT & BPO

Experience
4–7 years of recruitment experience (IT and BPO hiring exposure preferred)
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment across IT and BPO / operations profiles, ensuring quality hires are onboarded within agreed timelines. You will partner with business and technical hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and drive hiring excellence through smart sourcing, stakeholder management, and disciplined closure.
This role is a great fit for recruiters who are comfortable handling both niche technical roles and volume hiring for customer support, operations, and backend functions.
