We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in bulk hiring of delivery associates / riders at scale for the Quick Commerce industry.
📍 Location: Pan India (Metro Cities)
💼 CTC: Up to ₹3.6 LPA
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong experience in hiring delivery executives / riders
✔ Expertise in large-scale recruitment operations
✔ Experience in quick commerce, logistics, mobility, or gig workforce hiring
✔ Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
✔ Ability to manage high-volume hiring targets efficiently
