Position Overview
Cresurge Private Limited is seeking a proactive and people-focused Recruiter & PeopleOperations Executive to lead the organization’s recruitment strategy and people operations. This role will be responsible for corporate hiring, strategic role recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and strengthening the overall people processes within the organization.
The Recruitment & People Executive will also guide and support the Recruitment & Admin Executive in fulfilling retail and warehouse hiring requirements, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent across all functions.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, hiring expertise, and the ability to build scalable HR processes that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate & Critical Role Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and key strategic roles within the organization.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
• Design effective sourcing strategies using job portals, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Ensure hiring decisions align with company culture, competency requirements, and long-term
business goals.
2. Recruitment Strategy & Talent Pipeline
• Develop and implement structured recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future leadership and expansion roles.
• Improve hiring processes to ensure speed, quality, and consistency in recruitment.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and hiring success rates.
3. People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Oversee key people operations processes including onboarding, employee engagement, and employee experience.
• Ensure smooth integration of new hires through structured onboarding programs.
• Support management in handling employee relations, performance discussions, and workforce planning.
• Help implement HR policies, people processes, and organizational standards.
4. Team Support & Recruitment Coordination
• Guide and support the Recruitment & Admin Executive in fulfilling retail store and warehouse hiring requirements.
• Monitor hiring progress across departments and ensure recruitment targets are met.
• Provide guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure recruitment documentation and candidate tracking are maintained properly.
5. Workforce Planning & Performance Monitoring
• Work closely with leadership to understand future workforce requirements and expansion plans.
• Analyze hiring trends and workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify talent gaps and recommend solutions through hiring, training, or internal movement.
6. Reporting & HR Process Development
• Maintain reports related to:
o Recruitment performance
o Hiring pipeline
o Workforce planning
o Employee retention trends
• Present monthly hiring and people insights reports to management.
• Contribute to the development of scalable HR systems and SOPs that support company growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
• Proven experience in corporate hiring and strategic recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
