🚨 We’re Hiring – Recruiter (Non-IT) | US Staffing
📍 Location: Chennai (Onsite)
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (US Staffing)
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US Staffing to join our growing team in Chennai.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across the US market
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with account managers and clients on open requirements
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with candidates
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Experience in US Staffing – Non-IT Recruitment
✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment
✔ Experience working with ATS/job portals
