About the Role:

Looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, particularly in Non-IT hiring. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using job portals and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per the job requirements.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and close positions within timelines.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
