Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT) ? Hybrid, India About the opportunity We are a growing technology services and product development firm delivering cloud, digital and software solutions to enterprise and SMB clients across fintech, healthcare, retail and e?commerce. We are scaling our corporate and business-facing teams and need an experienced non-technical recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for operations, sales, customer success, finance and HR functions. Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid). You will partner closely with hiring managers to accelerate time-to-hire, improve candidate quality and build hiring playbooks for repeatable volume and niche roles. Role & Responsibilities Manage full-cycle non-IT recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding. Source and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards (Naukri/Indeed), employee referrals and targeted Boolean search. Maintain and optimise candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System; ensure accurate job data, timely updates and pipeline hygiene. Conduct structured phone and panel interviews; assess fit for roles across sales, operations, finance, customer success and corporate functions. Close candidates?manage offer negotiation, background checks and seamless handoff to People/HR for joining formalities. Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance); provide hiring managers with regular reports and hiring recommendations. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Boolean search Applicant Tracking Systems Microsoft Excel Structured interviewing Preferred Experience with campus hiring coordination or bulk hiring campaigns Familiarity with HRIS platforms Experience with agency/vendor management for contingent hiring Qualifications 2 years of demonstrated experience in non-IT recruitment (corporate hiring or RPO/staffing) within India?proven track record of closing roles across sales, operations, finance or customer-facing functions. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers; aptitude for prioritising multiple open roles in a hybrid environment. Comfortable working with hiring metrics, dashboards and continuous process improvement.
