Job Title: HR Recruiter Non-IT (Internal & Client Hiring)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, handling both internal organizational hiring and client requirements. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and closing positions across multiple industries and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles (junior to mid-level and occasional senior positions)
- Manage internal hiring needs as well as client recruitment mandates
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients; translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, internal teams, and clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until closure
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, feedback, and timelines
- Ensure quality submissions aligned with client expectations
- Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports
- Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
- Support background verification and documentation processes
- Adhere to recruitment timelines and closure targets
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Client-handling and relationship-management abilities
- Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment
- Experience in consultancy or agency hiring is an added advantage
- Exposure to both internal and external/client hiring preferred
