Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT (10%) and Non-IT (90%) roles across group companies
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and draft job descriptions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure timely feedback
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Follow up with candidates for interview scheduling, offer roll-out, and joining
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment
- MBA/Graduate in HR or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment process and job portals
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Skills Required:
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
