Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating hiring processes. The role requires specializing in hiring candidates proficient in the Marathi language and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting hiring goals. Additional responsibilities may include building and maintaining talent pipelines and participating in employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Marathi and English
- Keen understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring processes
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies
- Experience in creating pipelines for potential candidates and participating in employer branding initiatives is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
