About the Role
We are looking for a Life Sciences Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or life sciences consulting roles. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring talent across scientific, regulatory, clinical, and commercial functions within the life sciences domain.
This role requires strong talent sourcing, stakeholder communication, and market mapping capabilities within the life sciences ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for life sciences roles across pharma, biotech, and healthcare clients.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and talent mapping.
- Recruit for roles such as:
- Medical Writers
- Biostatisticians / Statistical Programmers
- Clinical Research professionals
- Pharmacovigilance specialists
- Regulatory Affairs professionals
- HEOR / Market Access specialists
- Bioinformatics / Data Science roles
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates within the life sciences industry.
- Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment data and reporting.
- Support market research and talent intelligence for niche life sciences skill sets.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, pharma, biotech, or healthcare hiring.
- Strong understanding of life sciences roles and terminology.
- Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, or Biostatistics roles.
- Exposure to global hiring or working with international clients.
- Experience in talent mapping or research-based recruitment.
