Location- Bengaluru
Work Type - Full-time (Hybrid)
Work Schedule - Night Shift
- Shift 1: 5:30 / 6:30 PM IST – 2:30 / 3:30 AM IST
- Shift 2: 8:30 / 9:30 PM IST – 5:30 / 6:30 AM IST
- Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off
- Flexibility to work any assigned shift is mandatory
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and people-focused Recruiter Level 1 professionals to support international hiring. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about recruitment, sourcing passive talent, and building a career in the HR and talent acquisition space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source talent aligned with specific client requirements
- Partner closely with Recruitment Relationship Managers and stakeholders
- Analyze role requirements based on client specifications
- Execute sourcing strategies with a strong focus on passive candidates
- Source profiles via job portals, internal databases, and professional networks
- Conduct screening and qualification calls with US-based candidates
- Assess candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit using behavioral-based techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate interactions
- Proactively build talent pipelines and pre-qualified candidate pools
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (no active backlogs; all semester mark sheets required)
- Minimum 60% aggregate across 10th, 12th (PUC), and graduation
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours as required
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and sense of urgency
