Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
2. Screening and Selection:
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and potential fit within client organisations.
3. Client Interaction:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and present suitable candidates for consideration.
4. Job Postings and Advertising:
- Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract candidates.
- Manage the posting of job openings on various platforms and ensure maximum visibility.
5. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
6. Offer Negotiation:
- Facilitate communication between clients and candidates during the offer negotiation process.
- Ensure that offers are competitive and align with both client and candidate expectations.
7. Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Address any post-placement concerns or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
