If you've spent the last 6 months to 2 years placing tech talent and want to work on mandates that actually matter in BFSI, fintech, product industry then this one's for you.
What you'll be doing: Owning mandates end-to-end. Sourcing, screening, submitting, closing. No handholding, no fluff pipelines.
What we're looking for:
- 6 months – 2 years in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Comfortable working on multiple open positions simultaneously
- Know your way around job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Can hold a conversation with a hiring manager without reading off a JD
