Role Description
This is a full-time remote internship role for a Recruiter Intern. The Recruiter Intern will support the talent acquisition team in identifying, sourcing, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. Day-to-day tasks may include reviewing resumes, publishing job postings, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in the onboarding process. The intern will also participate in creating a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to utilize technology effectively, including applicant tracking systems and professional social media platforms
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Preferred: Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (either academic background or relevant experience)
- A keen interest in understanding financial markets and related industries is a plus
