Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter Intern. The intern will assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening potential candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant databases, and fostering positive candidate experiences. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, assisting with campus recruitment initiatives, and supporting various HR processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and screening
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and coordinating recruitment activities
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage applicant databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering candidate and client relationships
- Familiarity with Staffing and Campus Recruitment processes is a plus
- Adaptability, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is advantageous
