Role Description
This is a Full-time, remote role for a Recruiter Intern. The Recruiter Intern will assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and database management. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall recruitment processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in sourcing, candidate outreach, and resume screening
- Strong organizational skills with experience in database management and tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional emails and follow-ups
- Proficiency in conducting research and working with recruitment tools or technology
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with attention to detail and time management
- A strong interest or background in human resources, recruitment, or related fields is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field
