Role Summary
We are looking for a hybrid professional who is equally passionate about prospecting new business opportunities and sourcing top talent. This role requires exceptional communication skills to drive revenue through lead generation and strengthen the company through strategic hiring.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, web searches, and industry databases.
- Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send targeted emails, and leverage social media to connect with decision-makers.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for our services.
- Appointment Setting: Set up meetings between qualified leads and the senior sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, lead statuses, and contact information.
Recruitment
- Sourcing: Source candidates for open roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screening & Evaluation: Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule technical and HR interviews.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and support onboarding efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–1 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or staffing role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Job Boards, and ATS platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Attributes: Target-driven, proactive, and capable of multitasking effectively.
