About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Vadodara. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in recruitment and talent management within a dynamic and innovative organization. The role involves supporting the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition activities. The internship is designed to develop your skills in candidate assessment, stakeholder communication, and talent sourcing strategies, all within a collaborative environment. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, Monday through Saturday, for a duration of three months. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced tech-driven company.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Relationship management skills are crucial for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Additionally, a learning agility mindset, a proactive approach, and a go-getter attitude are highly valued. Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory, as this internship is also suitable for fresh graduates eager to learn and develop their skills in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for supporting various stages of the recruitment cycle, including reviewing job descriptions to understand client requirements and executing targeted search strategies to identify potential candidates. This involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms. The intern will assess applicants’ relevant experience, skills, and competencies to ensure alignment with client needs. Coordination and scheduling of interviews, along with maintaining ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, are key responsibilities. Building strong relationships with candidates and establishing credibility to encourage referrals will be emphasized. The intern will also negotiate wage rates and employment terms, gaining commitments from candidates for current and future roles. Additionally, they will submit shortlisted resumes to hiring managers for review, communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about their application status, and engage with candidates via email, voice calls, and video calls to foster ongoing engagement and trust.
