Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Recruiter (Infrastructure). The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to fulfill workforce requirements within infrastructure and engineering domains. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process lifecycle. Additionally, the Recruiter will establish strong pipelines of talent and build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and publish job advertisements
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departments
- Negotiate salary packages and finalize offers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred
