Job Role: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and follow-ups until joining
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in Financial Firm
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel
• Ability to handle multiple positions
