Job Opportunity: Recruitment Executive

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist who has hands-on consultancy experience, can be the front face for client relations, take accountability and responsibility for active hiring roles, drive closures, and is looking for long-term growth oriented opportunity and and not just a job.
About the Opportunity
This is an execution, performance and closure focused opportunity. Candidate will work directly with clients and will take responsibility and accountability for end-to-end recruitment, starting from client coordination, sourcing and screening candidates CVs, scheduling their interviews, engaging candidates throughout the process, negotiating offers with clients and candidates, and doing successful joining.
What you’ll do:
- Source and screen candidates for mid-level to senior roles as per priority requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
- Sharing top quality and most relevant profiles with clients
- Coordinate with clients, candidates and stakeholders for role understanding, interviews and discussions
- Proactive follow-ups and making closures
Eligibility Criteiaa:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruitment consulting
- Hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT mid level, senior level and leadership hiring (Freshers, Interns or Junior level hiring experience is not eligible)
- Has worked on daily and monthly targets, timelines, and closures
- Excellent and confident communication with client and candidates
- Self-driven and reliable in a remote/hybrid setup
- Located in Delhi-NCR
Do NOT apply if:
- You have only worked in internal HR or corporate TA
- Your experience is limited to fresher or campus hiring
- You need daily hand-holding or fixed routines
- You are uncomfortable with follow-ups, deadlines, or accountability
- You are not based out of Delhi-NCR
