About the role
- We're a fast-growing healthcare staffing firm on a mission to connect top clinical talent with the facilities that need them most. We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial professional who can own both sides of our business: finding and placing great candidates, and building the client relationships that make it possible.
What you'll own
Full-cycle recruiting — source, screen, and place healthcare professionals (nurses, allied health, physicians) from first outreach to signed offer
Business development — identify, prospect, and close new hospital, clinic, and facility clients; build lasting partnerships
Pipeline management — maintain your own candidate and client pipeline, track activity, and consistently hit placement targets
Process building — as an early team member, you'll help shape how we recruit, sell, and operate as we scale
You're a great fit if you
Minimum 1 years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, sales, or a combination.
