Mandatory details/Skills
- Manage overseas recruitment and GCC hiring processes for various business requirements.
- Handle bulk hiring and mass recruitment campaigns for blue-collar and frontline workforce requirements.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, documentation, and onboarding.
- Support high-volume hiring projects and Oversee hiring while ensuring timely closures and quality hiring standards.
- Conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, and manpower mobilization activities as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment execution.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visa processes, and GCC recruitment regulations.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
