The individual is responsible for spearheading the recruitment and hiring process to acquire top talent. They play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining skilled professionals to meet the company's talent needs and support its growth objectives. With a focus on building a diverse and high-performing team, they develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
1.Recruitment Strategy Development: The Talent Acquisition Lead develops and executes comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles within the organization. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the desired qualifications and skills. By leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals, they ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: In this role, the Talent Acquisition Lead proactively identifies and engages with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. They conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and skills assessments, to assess qualifications and fit for the role. By maintaining candidate databases and talent pools, they ensure a continuous flow of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
3. Interview Coordination and Evaluation: The Talent Acquisition Lead coordinates and schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. They provide guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process, facilitating effective communication and feedback exchange. Post-interview, they gather feedback from interviewers and candidates to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and overall candidate experience.
4. Employer Branding and Talent Engagement: This role involves promoting the company's employer brand and enhancing its reputation as an employer of choice in the jewelry e-commerce industry. The Talent Acquisition Lead develops and executes employer branding initiatives, including participation in industry events, employer branding campaigns, and employee referral programs. By fostering positive relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience, they enhance talent engagement and retention.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
