We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions across various departments. Candidates with prior recruitment experience in the automobile or dealership industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting recruitment KPIs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
- Participate in recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Support employer branding activities through LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
