About the Talent Management Team:
Talent Management spans the full external workforce lifecycle - from sourcing and recruitment through to compliance, onboarding, and candidate care. In this function, you will work across a range of specialist disciplines: sourcing and screening candidates across global markets, managing pre-employment screening and right-to-work compliance, coordinating contractor onboarding and documentation, supporting supply chain and audit activity, and maintaining the data integrity that underpins every placement. Roles include Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Recruiter Team Leader, Compliance Coordinator, and Operations Coordinator - with scope to specialize in recruitment delivery, compliance and PES, or operational coordination depending on your background. Operating from the Hyderabad GCC, you will work closely with onshore account teams and hiring managers across UK&I, Europe, Americas, and Asia-Pacific, contributing to service standards that matter to real clients in real time. Role Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and fulfilment of recruitment requirements across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring contractual SLAs and fill rates are consistently met. Operating within the GCC delivery model, the role supports global clients across UK&I, Americas, and Asia-Pacific through proactive talent acquisition, candidate management, and database excellence. The Recruiter works closely with onshore teams, and account leads to deliver a high-quality, timely recruitment service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
- Implement proactive candidate targeting campaigns using a blend of sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social networking, referrals, and database search.
- Build and proactively manage curated candidate talent pools across assigned areas.
- Input vacancies onto ATS, VMS, brand websites, and associated job boards as required.
- Conduct candidate searches on Bullhorn, external job boards, and LinkedIn to support onshore teams.
Screening & Submission:
- Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements, assessing skills, experience, and right to work.
- Prepare and submit CVs in client-specific formats via ATS, VMS, or email within agreed SLAs.
- Manage all assigned roles through to handover at interview stage, ensuring full compliance with operational standards.
- Generate and manage candidate applications to ensure a consistently positive candidate experience
Candidate Management:
- Maintain regular written, telephone, and digital contact with candidates in line with operational standards.
- Coordinate interview availability, provide candidate briefings, share client information, and chase feedback.
Systems & Compliance:
- Ensure all data, calls, contacts, and activity are accurately recorded in Bullhorn at all times.
- Maintain 100% correct utilization of the database in line with operational standards.
- Ensure all candidate documentation is fully compliant and registered on the ATS.
- Pass new business leads to the appropriate manager in a timely manner
Performance & KPIs:
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets including calls logged, CVs submitted per role, CV-to-interview conversion, and talent pool growth.
- Respond to all candidate enquiries within a 24-hour period.
- Consistently meet minimum fill rate expectations across all assigned accounts.
- Participate in weekly KPI reviews with Team Leader and onshore points of contact.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ year of experience
- Experience in a recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition role.
- Familiarity with ATS and VMS platforms (e.g. Bullhorn) is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and effective sourcing techniques.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on delivery and candidate experience.
