Job Title: Mid-Level Recruiter – Defense / Cleared Hiring
Location: [Onsite – Hyderabad]
Experience: 3–6 Years
We are looking for a Mid-Level Recruiter (3–6 years experience) who has hands-on experience recruiting for positions requiring active security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI).
Someone who has prior experience working on -
- Digital Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Embedded Software Engineer
- Systems Engineer
- Network Engineer
- Cyber Security Engineer etc..
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for defense and cleared positions
- Source candidates with active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearances
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and clearance requirements
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification assessments
- Ensure compliance with federal hiring guidelines and client requirements
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide regular recruitment updates
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting Defense or federal clients
- Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances
- Strong understanding of DoD, federal hiring processes, and compliance standards
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Experience supporting DoD contractors or federal integrators
- Familiarity with clearance verification processes
