The Role
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with 2+ years of recruitment experience to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment delivery across multiple roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Support end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably agency recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
