Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Delhi. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various roles, conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring smooth end-to-end recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategy
- Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion hiring practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
