Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Solan. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including identifying staffing needs, drafting role profiles, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and conducting initial screenings and interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, supporting hiring managers in selection decisions, and maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment reports. The Recruiter will also engage in outreach and networking to build talent pipelines, promote the organization’s mission to prospective candidates, and ensure a fair, inclusive, and transparent selection process. Collaboration with program leaders and operations teams is essential to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates, hiring teams, and community partners.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed documentation and reports.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices and commitment to gender-neutral, non-discriminatory recruitment processes.
- Proficiency with basic office software and applicant tracking or recruitment tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Solan and collaborate effectively in a mission-driven team environment.
- Prior experience in social impact, community development, or women-focused initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Work, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
