Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Recruiter to join our team in a remote capacity. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. This role involves partnering with teams to understand their talent needs, maintaining a talent pipeline, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and fostering positive candidate experiences. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization attracts and retains top talent to achieve our mission.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Experienced in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organization and Coordination: Proficient in managing multiple tasks, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment logistics efficiently.
- Technology Skills: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
- Knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion: Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and a commitment to fostering diversity in the workplace.
- Problem Solving and Adaptability: Ability to troubleshoot challenges in recruitment processes and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Prior experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
