Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet the company's staffing requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, managing job postings on various platforms, conducting interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. The Recruiter will also ensure compliance with industry standards and the organization's employment policies while fostering relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and candidate onboarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and build rapport with candidates
- Experience in organizing and managing recruitment campaigns, job postings, and applicant tracking systems
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards in India
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, HR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the security services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
