Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team at our Noida office. The Recruiter will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding potential candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, developing efficient recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role also involves conducting market research to identify talent trends and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Experience in building and managing candidate pipelines and databases
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and employment regulations
- Ability to create and execute effective recruitment strategies and campaigns
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in recruitment within the travel or tech industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
