Role Description
1.Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
2.Handle hiring requirements across Consumer Services, Mobility and FMCG domains
3.Ensure strong TAT (Turnaround Time) for timely closure of open positions
4.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
5.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
6.Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and references
7.Maintain candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring process
8.Track and report recruitment metrics and performance
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2.4–5 years of recruitment experience in Consumer Services and/or FMCG sector
3.Proven track record of achieving fast closures with quality hiring
4.Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
5.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
6.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
