We are Hiring : Non-IT Recruiter
Experience: 1–4 Years
Location: Pune
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across BPO, Healthcare, and BFSI domains.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements while ensuring timely closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines while maintaining quality of hires.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring across BPO, Healthcare, and BFSI domains.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
