- Location: Remote – India
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, including Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
- Work on both full-time and contract roles for US-based clients.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Success / BDM team to meet hiring targets.
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in US recruitment (Non-IT preferred).
- Experience working in US shifts.
- Understanding of US work authorizations and basic tax terms (W2/1099/C2C).
- Strong English communication skills and a target-driven mindset.
