Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in staffing or recruitment firms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in client-based hiring and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple clients across various industries
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions to source relevant candidates
- Handle client-based hiring mandates with strict deadlines
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in staffing/recruitment firms
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Experience in handling client-based hiring requirements
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience in bulk hiring / IT / Non-IT hiring (customize as needed)
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Strong networking abilities
