If you’re someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing processes, and building strong teams, this role is for you.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Source candidates through job portals & LinkedIn
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database & hiring trackers
• Assist in onboarding and documentation
• Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
🎯 Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience preferrable in HR or Recruitment
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Good understanding of hiring processes
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Immediate joiners preferred
